Domestic Shipments
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order. Your UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground.   Be sure to provide us with a street address for shipping, and if we are shipping to a business address please make a note of it on your order.

All APO orders will be shipped via USPS. At this time we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping costs are determined at checkout.  All orders for Alaska and Hawaii as well as oversized orders are subject to additional shipping fees. We will email you for approval off additional shipping costs before shipping. quote.  If there are any changes in shipping prices you will be notified promptly by email. 

Express and Overnight shipping are available. Rates vary depending on item ordered.  During checkout, select the shipment method tab and choose your preferred method.  Please email us if you have questions about availability of shipping services that are not listed at checkout (ie 3 Day Air, etc), or if you need help determining which option is best for your needs.

Kids Town does not ship orders C.O.D.

International Orders

At this time Kidstown cannot accept international orders.

Free Ground Shipping Restrictions:
Free ground shipping is not available on oversized items including; furniture, strollers, car seats and high chairs.

You will be notified prior to shipment via email.

Changes and Delays
If for any reason there are changes in shipping rates or delays in your order, you will receive prompt email notification from Kids Town.
