At Kidstown, we know that sometimes things don't fit, aren't the right color, or aren't the best match. We're happy to take your items back under the following guidelines:

• Returned items must be in new condition with all packaging or hang tags intact.
• Full refund on merchandise returned within 30 days with receipt.
• Store credit only: Returned items without receipt.
• No returns after 60 days.
• See store for details. Some items are not returnable.
• Only breast feeding supplies that are unopened and in factory sealed condition may be returned. If you have opened your merchandise, you will need to contact the manufacturer rectly for assistance.
• If you received damaged or defective breast feeding supplies, then you must contact the manufacturer directly for guidance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer credit or exchange options in these situations.
