Rocky is a very strong crane who can pick up other engines, but is also a gentle giant who wants to be everyone's best friend. He can also do all the big jobs that Harvey can't ... like lifting derailed engines back onto the tracks. Rocky has no engine an relies on other engines to pull him to where he is needed.
